Because it’s just a torso. A little creepy? Not when all is said and done, hopefully.
I joined a paper doll swap on the All Things Tim (Holtz) Yahoo Group, and my contribution is a set of 13 torsos.
I started by cutting the shapes from an old manila file folder, then punched out a heart, added Distress Ink, stamped and glued the punched-out heart to a clear acrylic charm, which I painted the back of and attached with a brad. Then backed the heart-shaped hole with inked paper topped with clear glitter. I tried to use as much “Tim” stuff as possible (stamp, ink, glitter and charm) and hopefully it will look amazing once it’s put together with the head, arms and legs that the other swap participants are cooking up. (I can’t wait!)
