I haven’t worked on this wall hanging in awhile; had to work the three-day weekend and then got distracted by another project with a quickly upcoming deadline. I did add a couple more layers and now have birds on painted fabric. I love the kiwi green, though it seemed a bit overwhelming at first, so I masked off the birds and stamped a quote over and over again on the background to tone it down. Eventually I’ll add a lot more “stuff” to this, I just haven’t thought of exactly what yet. It’s far from done, but it’ll happen eventually. I’m trying to keep myself from starting another one before this one is finished!
